Re: Horn and radio not working
On my 1970 Mach 1, the rim blow horn isn't working and neither is the radio.
I can see a light behind the radio dial when I turn it on, but am getting no sound at all.
The dial light and radio are on different circuits.
Could these ailments be connected?
The fuses, perhaps.
The fuses are fine, but is there something else under the hood that these two items share that could have blown?
No. Your horns are weak, not inoperative. They are intended to work on 14V, so with the engine off, you'll be getting only 12V. This makes a difference. All the wire connectors from the firewall to the horn should be split and cleaned.
